It’s probably an exaggeration to say that EVERYONE on the roads is a horrible driver . . . but are there more bad drivers than good ones? Or are the bad apples just spoiling the whole barrel?
In a new poll, people were asked about the average driving ability of people in their state. And believe it or not, 9% of people said that, on average, their state has EXCELLENT drivers.
But 12% say the average driver is POOR, and another 5% rate the average driver as TERRIBLE.
So how did people grade THEMSELVES? Just 3% of people admitted they’re a subpar driver. Specifically, 2% said they’re “poor,” and another 1% said they are “terrible.”
On the flip-side, 47% said they are “excellent” drivers . . . another 26% said they’re “good” . . . and 7% said they’re “fair.”
So, a whopping 90% of people insist they’re NOT a jerk on the roads.
And even though NO ONE EVER boasts about how great the drivers were on their commute . . . 31% of people say the drivers in their state are probably better than those in other states . . . 41% say they’re probably the same . . .
And only 16% think that they’re experiencing WORSE driving than what’s happening
