Morgan Wallen has pled guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment in his chair-throwing case.
The country superstar was arrested in April after cops say he threw a chair from a rooftop bar to the street in Nashville.
Luckily, the chair didn’t hit anyone, but Morgan was still put in handcuffs and hooked on three felony felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
Morgan has been sentenced to seven days in jail, and he’ll serve in a new DUI Center. A new program adopted in Nashville provides “state of the art alternative sentencing for Tennessee DUI, reckless driving, and reckless endangerment offenders.” After that, Morgan will be on probation for two years. Morgan also has to pay court fees and a $350 fine.
