Meet our Furry Friday Friends of the Week! 🐶🐶

Both of these Valentines are available through Animal Care & Control in Charlotte.

Oso A1229867. 64 lbs of love! Oso knows basic training commands (sit, sit & stay, down, come (recall), getting exposed to cats (working on cat desensitization) He enjoys walks. He is house broken & potty trained. He is still shy but much more sociable. He enjoys cuddles and tons of attention. The ideal companion for someone wanting company! Kid friendly. He is a sweet dog that could easily could be a therapy dog!!

Shylo A1235816 is 5-6yo and 60 lbs. He’s a lovable hound who would love an active family! He loves to play and go on walks everyday, then he’s ready to rest quietly at night. He will do best with a fenced yard versus an apartment. He is kid friendly ages 3+ and dog friendly with slow intros.

As with any rescue or shelter dog, please follow the 3:3:3 rule. These dogs need to decompress….3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to learn your routine, 3 months to feel safe and part of your home. Give them time and patience. SLOW INTROS are always recommended for any new dog entering a new home.
