Hoda Kotb, Joel Schiffman End Engagement, Break Up After Nine Years Together

Today’s Hoda Kotb and Joel Schiffman have ended their engagement.

“We decided that we’re better as friends and parents than we are as an engaged couple,” announced Hoda during Today with Hoda and Jenna.

Financier Joel Schiffman proposed to Kotb in November 2019.

The two are the parents of two adopted children. Hoda made the announcement after fans began asking why she wasn’t wearing her engagement ring.
